This year Thanksgiving has a special meaning to the team at Hague Quality Water of Maryland. It has been a year of unexpected changes and much uncertainty. Through all of this, we are incredibly grateful for our loyal customers and our dedicated employees.
Our employees realized the changes brought by COVID19 and rose to the challenge of continuing to meet and exceed customer experiences. As a company, we have worked diligently to keep our employees healthy and safe, which means safe service to our clients.
The changes have also presented us with opportunities for improvement in our service delivery. We incorporated new safety protocols and expanded customer support via technology, remote services, curb-side pickups, deliveries and more. We thank each member of our team for their dedication and resilience!
To our customers, both new and existing, your patience means the world to us. We hope you are able to experience some of our service enhancements. Most recently, we launched a “Contact-less Water Test Kit.” It’s an easy way to get results on pH levels, iron and more. On our website, an online estimate request is a fast way to get information about a water or plumbing project.
