JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have effective listening and verbal communication skills, proven ability to meet/exceed set goals, and receptive to coaching and feedback. The candidate will have experience gathering customer information and inputting the information in the computer.

The applicant must be self-motivated to provide exceptional customer service while interacting with customers by phone, directing technicians and tracking.

  • Schedule technicians to jobs based on customer issue, technician specialty and geographic efficiencies.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments.
  • Handle all customers in a professional manner.
  • Make initial contact with new customers and represent our company brand.
  • Enter customer data in the computer.
  • Provide timely response and feedback to the customer regarding customer questions.
  • Explain the benefits and working knowledge of our water treatment and plumbing services.
  • Complete administrative duties as needed.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

HS diploma, or GED equivalent, is required. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

  • Must have effective listening and verbal communication skills, proven ability to meet/exceed set goals, and receptive to constant coaching and feedback.
  • Must be able to navigate within multiple systems while speaking with customers.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with people at all levels.
  • Must be computer literate and willing to learn new software systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Utilizes straight forward pricing (company supplied) correctly on each call.
  • Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly.
  • Ensures the job was done correctly and eliminates unnecessary call-backs after the job is finished.
  • Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed and ensures that they are 100% satisfied with all work.
  • Maintains vehicles that are neat and clean inside and outside at all time.
  • Install, repair and maintain water treatment systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residential customers by educating them on water treatment services recommended in their home.
  • Provide water testing services.
  • Deliver parts and water treatment chemicals to customers.

SKILLS:

  • Plumbing experience required. Plumbing license, a plus!
  • Water treatment service preferred but not required. We will train.
  • Client service skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to drive a company service truck safely at all times and to maintain a clean driving record
  • Ability to provide options to customers in an effective and satisfactory manner; assist the customer in choosing the best service option and products and strive to win referrals and repeat business
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized job site
  • Ability to maintained a well inventoried service truck
  • Honesty and trustworthiness in dealing with customers
  • Demonstrate sound work ethic
